The considerations were correcting drainage, creating access to our front door and back, along with repairing our driveway. I had a great experience with Aaron and VR3 Contracting. I was looking to put in a small retaining wall and a level travertine patio in for a self contained hot tub I was adding in the pool area of my yard. The area needed to be level and solid to support the tub. After consulting with VR3 we came up with a solution that took care of all my requirements, fit well with the other areas of my yard and didn't break the bank. My main concerns were the contractors attention to detail, communicating during the project, clean up afterwards and ability to make me happy. VR3 satisfied me in all these areas. Will definitely use them again on both large and small projects! They have a lot of knowledge!

Do you build pools in Tega Cay, SC?
Yes. Tega Cay is a regular part of our service area, close to our base in Rock Hill. We build fiberglass, vinyl liner and shotcrete pools here, along with spas, water features and decking, and we work throughout nearby Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, Clover and York as well.
Do Tega Cay HOAs affect pool design?
Often, yes. Many Tega Cay neighborhoods have guidelines on setbacks, fencing and the appearance of backyard projects, and some require approval before construction begins.
